Our family was heading to Put-In-Bay when our air conditioning went out. A dealership recommended Port Clinton Auto Repair for servicing our vehicle. After contacting them, Kim met us as at the Miller Ferry to take the vehicle back to the shop. Three days later when we got back from the island, Kim brought the vehicle back to us in full working order. This supreme level of service made our trip stress free and allowed our family to relax. Even though we are not from the area and did not know where to go for the issue, Port Clinton Auto Repair took the time to assist us and work our issue in to their busy schedule.

They are friendly and prices are reasonable and their service is great. They got my car fixed up quickly and I could get back on the road. They even give you some tasty popcorn as thanks and they updated the clock in my car lol. My only complaint is that they keep calling me my legal name when I gave them my preferred name. I'm not going to dock them points on a review for this because I don't really think it affected their service, 99% of people are not going to be in that situation, and I don't think it was intentional. It would be nice though and it means a lot to people.

Lisa and Kim SAVED our vacation!!! We took our van in last minute for an inspection because it was making a weird noise (I know) and had to get a lot more done than anticipated. Luckily, Kim is an AWESOME mechanic and takes care of his customers. He got everything fixed in less than a day and now we can drive to Florida safely with our family.
